He was magical on stage. But enough is enough. Somehow the memorial service came off perfectly despite the thousands of people - but I hope this is the end
of the almost round-the-clock coverage.

I think the memorial was very tasteful and watched the whole thing. I mourn for the little 10, 11, 12-year-old Michael who was never allowed to have a
childhood because the he was the main breadwinner of a family of 11.
I was in my early teens when the first Jackson 5 album came out and I can remember my sister and I trying to sing along with "I'll Be There" back in her bedroom and my dad coming back there and yelling, "Stop straining your voices!," as we tried to sing the high notes with Michael. Their first 4 records were number 1...and it was all because of Michael. He was a fantastic singer, dancer, and showman...the only ones who know if anything happened between him and either/any of the boys (whose families more-than-likely saw him as an easy mark to make bank) is Michael, the boys, and his maker. It's all between them now. He was never found guilty of anything. If that dentist, the first boy's father, really thought Michael abused his son and needed to be punished, he would never have taken millions in lieu of jail time. And I don't believe that "well he can pay for the years of therapy he boy will need out of that money." BS...all it would show his son is that he wasn't worth fighting for, but they can get some "compensation" anyway. They knew that, as reclusive as Michael was, he would pay before having to go through a court trial. And it does make me sick to see the press that constantly tore him down now try to raise him up. I hope he finds the peace in death that he never seemed to be able to find in life. And I hope anyone but Joe Jackson or Debbie Rowe get custody of his kids. But enough is enough now. *´¨) ¸.•´¸.•*´¨) ¸.•*¨) (¸.•´ (¸.•´pNut

The memorial was fitting and appropriate on all levels. Sorry Linche, but it ain't over because the news media needs to fill 24/7 news cycles, just as MJ's death replaced Sanford coverage, until something else takes over, this is what we got.

Yeah, I know. But I can dream, can't I?

By the way, Sharpton won. He was asked to speak and Jesse was not.
